SERVICE
Structural, Mechanical & Finish

Modernizations cut into buildings. Someone has to make them whole.

Pits get modified, walls get opened, entrances get replaced, and ceilings and floors get disturbed. On most jobs this work gets left to whoever happens to be available, which is how it becomes a punch list that outlives the elevator work by weeks. RiseWise schedules structural, mechanical, and finish work from day one with the same accountability as the code items. The building owner gets their lobby back looking like nothing happened, and the elevator company does not spend its last week on site chasing drywall.

The building, put back together
PIT AND STRUCTURE
Pit modifications and structural work
Pit modifications, ladders, waterproofing coordination, and sump provisions, plus cutting, coring, and structural patching where the new equipment requires it. Engineering coordinated where the scope calls for it.

ENTRANCES AND MECHANICAL
Doors, frames, and building systems
Door, frame, and entrance surround work, and mechanical modifications around the elevator scope. Where a building system is in the way of the modernization, we move it rather than working around it.

FINISH
Repairs that close the punch list
Finish repair at every disturbed surface: drywall, paint, flooring, ceilings, and trim. Scheduled as part of the job rather than negotiated at the end of it.

SMART ROUTES
The codes this scope answers to
Structural and finish work still has to satisfy the elevator code, the building code, and accessibility requirements at the entrance. We build it to close, not just to look right.
IBC
International Building Code, structural and rated assembly requirements
ASME A17.1
Pit, entrance, and clearance requirements
ADA
Accessibility requirements at elevator entrances and lobbies
