RiseWise LLC ("RiseWise", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This information is used solely to provide the Services, including proposal analysis, cost benchmarking, and maintenance tracking.

c. Information About Third Parties

When you upload proposals or contracts, you may provide information about third-party vendors, including their names, contact details, and pricing. You represent that you have the right to share this information with RiseWise for the purpose of receiving the Services.

RiseWise may contact vendors on your behalf to request information, send maintenance reminders, or facilitate communication as part of the Services. These communications are sent only with your authorization, which may be granted through your use of specific platform features.

Device type, operating system, browser type
IP address, geolocation, access times
Usage data (page views, session duration, user interactions)
Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

As part of the Services, we may send communications to vendors on your behalf, including maintenance reminders, document requests, and billing inquiries. We may use anonymized and aggregated data from uploaded documents to:

Develop pricing benchmarks and market insights
Improve our analysis tools and algorithms

Aggregated data does not identify you, your company, or your specific vendors. Individual documents are never shared externally or sold to third parties.

AI and Automated Processing

Some features of the Services use artificial intelligence to analyze proposals and generate insights. Uploaded documents may be processed by AI systems to provide cost analysis, identify red flags, and benchmark pricing. We do not use your individual documents to train third-party AI models without your consent.

Manual and Automated Processes

Certain features described as automated may be performed manually or through a combination of manual and automated processes at RiseWise's discretion. Regardless of the method, all services are delivered in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers and business partners who assist in delivering our Services. These parties support functions such as authentication, infrastructure hosting, analytics, artificial intelligence processing, communication systems, payment handling, and customer support.

All such parties are contractually obligated to:
